The nesquik company divides by the production territory being located in 4 sectors:
human resources
production
commercialization
finances
First we have human resources: it counts on an pleasant atmosphere of work and this it has 3 divisions: training: which consists organges curses for the staff.

personnel; one is in charge to recruits new employees and to assign his position like it is the instance to invite the personnel.

Toword the left is there production that is divided in 5 sections: first is there maintenance: it is where we service the machines and the equipment for the best operation.
next to maintenance is there the production department that is very noisy and make the products.the following one is the quality office where they organize the contract systems to prevent errors.
between quality and distribution is there packaging which is in charge to put products in boxes to accelerate the distribution.
this is the distribution department, which is in charge of the product shipment and to send them to the clients.
between there is human resources department and the production department is there the elevator which is very dark and cold, also we have facilities for disa staff.
in the second floor on the right is there the trade department which is divided in 4 sectors: office after service of sale which takes care of problems and complaints of the clients.

Next to there is the area of sales which is in charge of sell the product to the clients. it follows the commercialization area that is in charge of planing how to sell new product right sede is there a complete department of finances that is divided in 3 sectors: purchases is in charge to buy all the necessary for the production of our products.
Financial services; in this is there a service of computers which has the information of the distribution with taxes, interventions and treasury.
